Overview:
The Diamond Package provides round-the-clock, continuous care from the moment you arrive at your recovery location to the following day. This service ensures uninterrupted monitoring, emotional comfort, medication compliance, and full-body care.

What’s Included:

• 24 hours of continuous in-home care by a dedicated provider (care is not split between multiple shifts unless requested)

• Initial 2-hour in-person Nurse or Nurse Practitioner assessment at the start of your care to review incisions, drains, medications, and vitals

• Ongoing vital signs monitoring throughout day and night

• Medication tracking and assistance following your prescribed post-surgical pain and antibiotic schedule

• Assisted ambulation and repositioning every 4 hours, including walking to the restroom, safe guided movement to prevent clotting, and support with pillows or compression garments as needed

• Drain care: regular emptying, output measurement, monitoring for signs of blockage or infection

• Sponge bath and hygiene maintenance: complete bed bath, face wash, deodorant application, oral care, and undergarment change

• 1 Post-Op IV Drip administered by trained staff to support hydration, energy, and recovery (includes fluids, electrolytes, and B vitamins)

• Light meal prep: simple, balanced meals with anti-inflammatory and easy-to-digest ingredients; assistance with feeding or drinking if needed

• Light housekeeping: garbage disposal, recovery area clean-up, linen refresh, and laundry drop-off (if applicable)

• Emotional support, companionship, and clinical education: explaining post-op instructions, helping with Faja wear, confidence-building through encouragement
