Do not exercise rigorously for 24 hours post-treatment. Avoid heat, including hot water, for 48 hours
Avoid botox, dermal fillers, retinols, and tanning beds. Botox needs to be avoided 2 weeks before and after.
Keep the treated area clean and dry. Do not pick, poke, or scratch the treated area.
Apply 1% Hydrocortisone cream to the treated area once a day for 5 days.
Avoid sun exposure to the treated area. Use sunscreen with zinc oxide or cover the area
Do not take antibiotics two weeks before your next appointment.
