CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY
Please be courteous and provide TRUST Beauty Bar with 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This will allow for us to fill your appointment time and treat other clients on our waiting list.

When an appointment is made with a TRUST beautician their time is set aside to accommodate you. If you need to cancel your appointment by phone please call us at 905-553-0061 at least 48 hours in advance.
Since we turn away other clients to hold your appointment any cancellations with less than 48 hours notice or no shows will result in 50% charge of appointment cost on your account.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
We strive to make sure you are satisfied, if in the event you are not please contact us directly and we will be more then happy to rectify any issue. We appreciate your feedback and want to make you happy. Prior to using social media or google reviews as a platform to address your disappointment, please feel free during your visit with us to inform us of your expectations or contact us immediately.

ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will give you the necessary time to fill out any required paperwork and use the ladies room if need be. Our appointments are often booked back to back so your diligence would be greatly appreciated. We want you and those after you to have the best over all experience possible.
